You can copy entire albums from Picasaweb into Iphoto easily.

  1. Go to my Picasaweb account here
  2. Navigate to the album you want to download
  3. On the right side of the page, you will see a link that says RSS. Right-click this link and select “Copy Link” (Safari), “Copy Link Address” (Chrome) or “Copy Link Location” (Firefox)
  4. Launch iPhoto and select File > Subscribe to Photo Feed from the menu bar.
  5. Paste the URL of the RSS feed you copied from my picasaweb album, then add &imgmax=d&max-results=10000 at the end.
  6. Subscribe and the images will eventually download to your Iphoto
  7. Once downloaded you can create an Event by highlighting all of the photos(command A) and dragging the photos to the Events area on the left.
  8. Once the event is created you can delete the subscription.

Stella and I got up early to let mom sleep.  Stella agreed, we should upgrade a Mac in the kitchen.
We upgraded a new 2011 Mac mini server with a new SSD and 8GB of new RAM.  The SSD was an OCZ Vertex 3 Series purchased from Newegg.  Check out the pictures and instructions HERE
We also had to install OSX Lion from the new internet downloadable interface built into the new macmini’s.  Here is that walkthrough.

The weekend was great!  We slept in, I got a thorough tour of her 20 acres, we had several nice drives to see the country and had plenty to eat and drink.

All was well until I had to leave and my plane broke and we were grounded.  I had to spend the night in  Spokane and use up a sick day at work.

All disputes aside, I love my brother and was honestly honored to receive an invitation to his wedding.  Their wedding was beautiful, unique and really something special(I will link to some pics below soon). If you are reading this Logan, I miss you and I am happy for you and the great life you are starting.

The Grand Sport is a new model for 2010 and has a list of new features.

  • Wide Body style front and rear fenders (simliar to z06)
  • z06 front wing (splitter) and back wing
  • Functional brake ducts
  • Larger and wider wheels and tires (12 inches wide in back)
  • Special gear ratios
  • Hand built LS3 engine
